Movement-led physiotherapy
Careful assessment, hands-on treatment and exercise you'll actually keep doing — so walking, lifting, running and resting all feel easier again.
What we help with
We see people at every stage — from a niggle that won't settle to a full return after surgery.
Desk tension, lifting strains and long-standing stiffness through the spine.
Sprains, tendon pain and muscle tears, with a paced path back to training.
Rebuilding range and strength following joint replacement or ligament repair.
Knees, hips and shoulders that feel locked, creaky or slow to warm up.
Understanding how you sit, stand and carry, and making it easier on your body.
Steadier footing and stronger legs for walking, stairs and getting out and about.
Services
Most programmes blend these approaches. We'll suggest the mix that suits your goals and your week.
Gentle joint mobilisation, soft-tissue work and taping to ease pain and restore comfortable movement.
A progressive programme built around your body, demonstrated in clinic and simple to follow at home.
Staged plans for getting back to sport, work or hobbies — with checkpoints so you know when you're ready.
Your first visit
No rushing and no jargon. Your first appointment is about understanding you, then making a start.
We talk through what's going on, what you've tried and what you'd like to get back to.
A careful look at how you move, where it's limited and what's likely contributing.
A plain-language explanation, first treatment and a written plan to take home.
Follow-up sessions to adjust exercises and treatment as you improve.
Our approach
Recovery is rarely a straight line. We treat what hurts, but we also look at the whole pattern — sleep, work, training, stress — and build a plan that holds together when real life gets busy.
Good to know
Practical answers to the things people ask most often.
No. You can request an assessment directly. If you have notes or scan reports, bring them along — they're helpful but not required.
Comfortable clothing you can move in. Shorts are useful for knee, hip or ankle concerns, and a vest top for shoulder or neck assessments.
First assessments are longer so there's time to listen, examine and start treatment. Follow-up sessions are shorter and focused on progressing your plan.
It depends on your concern and goals. After your first visit we'll give you an honest estimate and review it as you improve.
Almost always. We keep them short and realistic, and send you home with clear written guidance so you know exactly what to do.
